DUBLOKS Terms of Service

Welcome to Dubloks. By using Dubloks, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Platform Purpose
Dubloks is a marketplace for collectibles, trading cards, designer toys, figures, memorabilia, rare items, and related collector products.
2. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and securing their accounts and connected wallets.
3. Listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, ownership, and legality of listed items.
Dubloks reserves the right to remove listings that violate platform policies.
4. Prohibited Items
Users may not list:
- Counterfeit items
- Stolen goods
- Illegal products
- Fraudulent listings
- Items that violate intellectual property rights
5. Escrow Protection
Dubloks Escrow protection only applies to transactions completed entirely through the official Dubloks platform.
6. Off-Platform Transactions
IMPORTANT:
Transactions completed outside the Dubloks platform are NOT protected by Dubloks.
If buyers and sellers communicate, negotiate, exchange payment details, send payments, or complete transactions outside Dubloks:
- Dubloks Escrow protection becomes void.
- Dubloks cannot verify the transaction.
- Dubloks cannot insure the transaction.
- Dubloks cannot recover lost funds.
- Dubloks cannot provide reimbursement.
- Dubloks cannot provide compensation.
- Dubloks cannot guarantee item delivery.
All off-platform transactions are performed entirely at the user's own risk.
Users are strongly encouraged to complete all payments, communication, and transactions through Dubloks.
7. Verification
Verification badges indicate completion of platform verification requirements but do not guarantee future behavior, authenticity, or trustworthiness of any user.
8. Fees
Dubloks may charge marketplace and service fees where applicable.
9. Limitation of Liability
Dubloks shall not be liable for:
- User disputes
- Fraud committed by users
- Off-platform transactions
- Indirect damages
- Lost profits
- Third-party service failures
10. Account Suspension
Dubloks reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
