How DUBLOKS works
DUBLOKS is a peer-to-peer marketplace for collectibles and hype items, powered by the DBS token on Solana. Sellers list in USD, buyers pay in DBS at the live rate, and every order is protected by escrow — funds are only released to the seller once the item is delivered.
One-time verification keeps DUBLOKS trusted
Users verify their email before accessing marketplace trading features. A shipping address is required for shipping physical items. Phone verification is optional and only required for the Verified Badge.
For buyers
Connect your wallet
Connect your Solana wallet to get started. No email/password account is required.
Verify your email
Verify your email with a one-time verification code. Email verification unlocks buying, offers and the full marketplace. A shipping address is only needed for physical deliveries, and phone verification is optional (used for the Verified Badge).
Browse & make offers
Explore listings by category, search what you want, and message sellers. Buy at the listed price or send an offer.
Pay in DBS — held in escrow
Prices show in USD and convert to DBS at the live rate. Your payment goes into DUBLOKS escrow — not straight to the seller.
Confirm & receive
When your item arrives, confirm delivery to release the funds. If you don't, escrow auto-releases a few days after the carrier confirms delivery.
For sellers
Connect & verify email
Connect your Solana wallet and verify your email. Email verification is all you need to create listings and sell. Add a shipping address when you ship physical items; phone verification stays optional for the Verified Badge.
Create your listing
Add photos and a description, set your price in USD (we show the live DBS amount) and a flat shipping price. Choose Free or a paid Premium boost.
Sale funds go to escrow
When a buyer pays, their DBS is held safely in escrow and you're notified to ship the item.
Ship within 7 days
Send the item with your own carrier and add the tracking number. If you don't ship within 7 days, the buyer is automatically refunded.
Get paid (minus $2.50)
Once the buyer confirms delivery — or the auto-release window passes — escrow pays the sale amount to your wallet, minus the flat $2.50 DUBLOKS fee.
How escrow protects every order
DUBLOKS holds the buyer's payment in escrow and only releases it to the seller after the item is delivered — so buyers never pay into thin air and sellers are guaranteed payment once they ship.
Buyer pays
DBS is held in escrow — not sent to the seller yet.
Seller ships
Within 7 days, with a tracking number. No ship → buyer refunded.
Item delivered
Tracking marks the package delivered to the buyer.
Funds released
Buyer confirms (or escrow auto-releases) → seller paid, minus $2.50.
If the buyer doesn't confirm, funds auto-release 4 days after the carrier confirms delivery (or 14 days after shipping as a fallback). If the seller never ships, the buyer is refunded in full.
Fees
- Browsing and buying are free.
- Creating a listing is free (optional paid Premium boosts are available).
- A flat $2.50 fee applies per completed sale, taken from the seller's payout.
Disputes & refunds
If something goes wrong, open a dispute from your order — for example:
- • Package not received
- • Wrong product
- • Damaged product
The DUBLOKS team reviews each case and either releases the funds to the seller or refunds the buyer. While a dispute is open, the funds stay locked in escrow.
About DBS pricing
Sellers set prices in USD for stability. At checkout, the amount is converted to DBS using the live market price, so the dollar value stays consistent even as the token price moves.
